In alignment with Cultural Festivals’ (the organization that produces the Saint Louis Art Fair) mission, admission to the event is free. This is thanks to the generous support of corporate sponsors, grantors, individual donors, and other partners.

Free parking is available in the Centene lot (7700 Forsyth Blvd.), Caleres lot (8300 Maryland Ave. at Maryland and Topton Way), and at meters throughout Clayton outside of the footprint of the event on a first come first served basis. There are also several pay lot options (again, outside of the event footprint) as well. There is also a MetroLink stop merely two blocks from the event (on S. Meremac Avenue).

Accessible parking is available on Maryland, between N. Meramec Avenue and N. Central Avenue. That same lot serves as bike parking, with a Bike Check operated by St. Louis Police Department Explorers Club.

153 professional visual artists are selected from more than 950 entries and will join 37 award-winning artists who have been selected to return from the previous Fair for a total of 190 artists.

A friendly reminder that only service animals are permitted at the Art Fair. Please, no pets! Pets are often intimidated by large crowds, their paws cannot withstand heated pavement, and they can react unpredictably. For the comfort and safety of all patrons as well as your animals, the city asks you to leave your pets at home. Emotional Support Animals are not considered service animals under the American with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Backpacks, large bags, and purses are subject to visual search.

No in-line skates, segways, bicycles, or skateboards are permitter per City of Clayton ordinance. You can ride your bike to the event and lock up your bike on any of the bike racks that are around the festival grounds. Don't forget to bring your own locks! We do not provide them.

Always be sure to ask permission of artists before photographing any work. If the artist refuses, respect that request. And please know, by entering the Saint Louis Art Fair grounds, guests expressly grant Cultural Festivals the right to use their image or likeness, or their child’s image or likeness, in any promotional or advertising materials and/or any live or recorded transmission of the Saint Louis Art Fair.

Cultural Festivals has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment of any kind. At Cultural Festivals, we are committed to providing a welcoming and safe environment for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, gender identity, age, race, or religion.

The Cultural Festivals organization is committed to providing an open-minded and safe environment, in which all guests can enjoy an event in an atmosphere of fun, respect, and tolerance, without enabling destructive behaviors and attitudes.

Having a “Safe Space” environment at our event means that each and every guest should feel welcome to participate in activities, services or events free of threats, intimidation harassment, unwanted advances, and the deliberate, or negligent, creation of unsafe conditions.

If a participant engages in harassing behavior, staff members or security may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning of the offender or expulsion from the event.

Every participant including artists, volunteers, staff, sponsors and festival attendees is entitled to be free from discrimination and harassment at the festival, on the basis of age, sex, color, national or ethnic origin, race, religion, marital status, criminal record, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, language, class or political belief.

We take all feedback seriously. If you have been intimated, harassed, or made to feel uncomfortable at our event, please inform event security and/or staff immediately. Following events, please contact us at info@culturalfestivals.com or 314-863-0278 for assistance.

If you experience harassment at the festival event you should contact event staff to discuss the situation and possible responses. Our initial approach is to encourage early and informal resolution and to facilitate a direct conversation which resolves the matter.
